HAM STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 (16 oz.) can corn
8 corn muffins or bread, cut up
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
2 c. cubed ham
6 strips bacon
3 lg. peppers, cut in halves

Clean peppers out. Cut them in half. Set aside.

Mix tomatoes, corn, and corn muffins after breaking them up. Add ham. Mix well. Fill peppers with mixture. Place in dish. Cover top of peppers with bacon. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave 13-15 minutes. May take longer, temperature may vary.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
