GRITS CASSEROLE | |
3 c. salted water 1 c. grits 1 roll garlic cheese 1 stick butter 3 eggs 1 c. cold water Milk Boil 3 cups salted water. Mix 1 cup grits with 1 cup cold water. Cook in boiled water until thick. Put 3 egg yolks in cup and fill with milk. Add 1 stick butter and 1 roll of garlic cheese. Add stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake at 300 degrees for one hour. |
