GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. regular grits, uncooked (Quick regular)
4 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. salt
6 oz. grated cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
Milk
1 stick butter

Melt butter in casserole dish, grease dish well. Mix grits, boiling water, salt and cheese. Break the 2 eggs in an 8 ounce measuring cup. Finish filling cup with milk to equal 8 ounce of liquid. Mix well. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
