GRITS CASSEROLE 
2 c. grits
1 roll garlic cheese
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Grated cheddar cheese

Crumble one roll of cheese and butter into grits which have been cooled and seasoned. Beat 2 eggs in a measuring cup and fill to top with milk. Mix with grits and pour into greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven for 15 minutes more.
