GRITS CASSEROLE 
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grits
1 stick butter
6 oz. roll garlic cheese
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Bring milk to boil. Add grits, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened (8 to 10 minutes). Then add butter, cheese and salt. Stir until melted. Beat eggs. Add 1/2 cup milk; add to grit mixture. Pour into well - buttered casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake 15 minutes longer. Serve hot.
