GRITS CASSEROLE | |
1 c. instant grits 6 oz. garlic cheese (or any cheese + 1/4 tsp. garlic powder) 1 stick butter 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk Salt to taste Cook grits in 4 cups water and a dash of salt or follow package directions. Add butter, grated cheese and salt to cooked grits. Beat eggs and fold into grits mixture. Stir in milk. Place in ovenproof buttered dish. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. |
