TUNA PIZZA | |
6 oz. tuna, drained 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls 2 oz. grated cheddar cheese 2 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. green onion, chopped 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled 1/4 c. skim milk 7 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and tuna. Set aside. Place crescent rolls evenly in the bottom of a 12 inch pizza pan, and 1/2 inch up the side to form a crust. Place cheddar and Mozzarella cheese over crust. Spoon tuna over cheeses and evenly sprinkle the vegetables over the tuna. Place bacon pieces evenly over the vegetables layer. In medium bowl, combine milk and eggs. Pour evenly over the pizza. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 23-33 minutes or until golden brown, let cool 5 minutes before cutting. Divide evenly. |
