6 medium potatoes
4 eggs
1 stalk celery
1/4 green pepper
1 small onion
1 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. mustard

Boil potatoes and eggs. Peel and cool. Dice potatoes, eggs, celery, pepper, and onion. Mix all together and add salad dressing, pickle relish, sugar, mustard and salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.

Serves 6.
