POTATO SALAD 
6 potatoes
1 c. pickle relish
3 grated hard-boiled eggs
1 c. salad dressing
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt to taste

Cube potatoes, add 1/4 cup onion and salt. Cover with water and boil until tender. Drain potatoes, add celery, relish, eggs, salad dressing and the remainder of the onion and the sugar. Fold together and refrigerate.
