DAD'S FAVORITE MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. cooking oil
1 (15 oz.) can cream corn
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
6 sm. pods hot peppers (jalapeno) seeded & chopped

Mix all ingredients together and bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
