SOUR CREAM PECAN CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1/2 c. sugar 1 sm. carton sour cream 3/4 c. Wesson oil 4 lg. eggs 1/2 c. milk 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. brown sugar Mix first 6 ingredients as any other cake. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then add butter. Add vanilla, fold in pecans. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until firm. I use store bought cream cheese frosting. |
