SOUR CREAM POTATO 
8 med. potatoes, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. chopped pepper (opt.)
1/4 c. butter
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 tbsp. melted butter

Butter dish, drain potatoes. Combine all ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Pour over potatoes. Combine butter, corn flakes and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. I add a little milk.
