SESAME CHICKEN 
1 c. flour
2 c. plain bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. sesame seeds
Apricot preserves
2 tsp. plus 4 tbsp. soy sauce
6 chicken cutlets
Oil
4 eggs

Cut chicken cutlets into bite size pieces. Add to the 4 eggs, 4 teaspoons of water and 4 tablespoons soy sauce. Dip chicken in flour, eggs and bread crumbs (add rest of ingredients too) except preserves, fry in oil. Put in pan. In blender, mix preserves with 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1/4 cup water. Blend, heat and pour over chicken.
