TOFFEE COOKIES 
Graham crackers
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. nuts
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, making a rim. Break graham crackers into halves and place closely together on foil. Cook brown sugar and butter for 5-6 minutes after it boils. Add nuts. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and cool. Separate pieces and frost with chocolate.
