SPICY WINGS | |
If you purchase fresh whole chicken wings, cut the tips off and discard. Then divide remaining wings into two sections (at the joint). This is generally done for you with frozen wings. And two bottles of sauce are better than one! 4 lb. chicken wings 1 (12 oz.) bottle FRANK'S® Red Hot Sauce (I use two) 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (I use 1 stick) salt, pepper and garlic powder (I use lots of garlic powder) Preheat oven to 425°F. Place wings on broiler pan, season wings with seasonings. Bake at 425°F until golden brown (crispy). Place wings in a deep-dish casserole dish. In saucepan, put FRANK'S® Red Hot Sauce and butter. Heat until melted, stirring. Pour over cooked wings. Bake 20 minutes at 400°F. Make sure wings are coated well. Serve with Blue cheese or Ranch for dipping. Enjoy! Submitted by: Sharon Pearson |
