LEMON POUND CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 sm. box Jello instant lemon pudding
1 sm. box Jello lemon gelatin
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix, pudding, gelatin, eggs, water, and oil in bowl. Grease a bundt cake pan well with shortening; flour. Pour batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Immediately turn cake onto plate to cool.

Glaze: Mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice for thick consistency. Add small bits of lemon juice or sugar as needed. Allow cake to cool until warm and drizzle glaze on top.
