SAUSAGE & ASPARAGUS SUPPER 
1 lb. sausage, cut in bite-size pieces
1 lb. fresh asparagus, cut into pieces
4 med. potatoes, pared, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 med. onion, sliced
1 qt. stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. seasoned croutons
Salt & pepper

Saute sausage until brown, drain fat. Add asparagus, potatoes, onions, and tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender about 30 minutes. Do not stir during cooking time. Sprinkle croutons over vegetables. Cover and heat 5 more minutes.
