NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 can whole peeled tomatoes
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 pkg. shredded Jack cheese
1 pkg. taco or chili mix
1 pkg. nacho chips

Brown beef; drain. Add tomatoes and crush with a fork. Add taco mix. Line bottom of pyrex dish with cream cheese. Add beef mixture. Top with cheese. Heat until bubbling. Serve with nachos.
