NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground chunk
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
8 oz. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 bunch diced green onion
2 diced tomatoes
2 diced green peppers
1 can refried beans
Nacho chips

Brown ground chuck and drain. Add taco seasoning and stir. Spread refried beans in electric fry pan. Spread ground chuck over beans. Spread salsa over ground chuck. Sprinkle cheese over salsa. Sprinkle vegetables over cheese. Simmer 200 to 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with nacho chips.
