SUZANNE'S NACHO BEAN DIP 
2 (1 lb.) cans refried beans
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
3 c. (total) shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese
1 (11 oz.) bottle mild taco sauce

Beginning with beans, layer these ingredients in an 8 x 12 inch pan (between onion and chilies, may add 1 pound ground meat that has been browned). Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

When removed from oven, garnish quickly with: 1 can sliced black olives Top with sour cream

Serve warm with taco chips.
