LAYERED NACHO DIP 
6 oz. can tomato paste
12 oz. can refried beans
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/2 c. mayonnaise
16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
2 avocados, peeled and chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can chopped black olives
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped (save stems)
2-3 c. shredded Cheddar

1st layer - tomato paste, refried beans and chilies, mixed

2nd layer - mayonnaise, sour cream, taco seasoning, mixed

3rd layer - 2 tomatoes, avocados, lemon juice, mixed

4th layer - olives, pimientos, green pepper, green onions, mixed

5th layer - Cheddar cheese

Garnish with green onion stems and other chopped tomato. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with corn chips or nacho chips.
