HOT VEGETABLE DISH 
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 yellow peppers
2 tbsp. olive oil, butter or vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. rosemary

Cut pepper in large strips, heat oil, garlic and onion in large fry pan. Saute a few minutes. Add bell peppers, oregano, rosemary and saute for 5 minutes. Add 1/3 cup of red wine, if you like, and cook until peppers are tender. You may also add 1/3 cup parsley and toss before serving. Serves 6. May also use just one type of pepper.
