HOT POTATOES 
4 med. size baking potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, oregano, sage or basil

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel potatoes and cut into slices 1/8" thick. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients; add potatoes; toss well. Place mixture in 15"x10" pan, spreading slices so they overlap slightly. Bake, uncovered for about 20 minutes. Serves 4.
