HOT TRIANGLES 
1 tsp. oil
1 loaf bread
1 diced onion
1 mashed garlic bud
1 lb. ground beef
Salt, pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 egg

Brown diced onion in oil; add mashed garlic bud, ground beef, salt, pepper, tarragon, basil and oregano. When cooked, cool. Trim crusts off loaf of bread (must be very fresh). With rolling pin, roll and press each slice into a paper thin slice.

Place one teaspoon of filling into each slice. Fold into a triangle and press edges down with a fork. Brush each triangle with beaten egg and place into a 350 degree oven until lightly browned. Serve hot.

May also be filled with potato and chives instead of meat.
