SAUSAGE RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic or garlic salt
1 c. celery
Green pepper
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Brown sausage - remove from pan - use grease to brown onion, celery and pepper. Mix with rice and cover with soup in casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
