WILLIAMSBURG CASSEROLE 
5 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. long rice
1 can milk (evaporated)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 chopped med. onion
12 oz. grated sharp cheese
2 lb. ball sausage

Grease 9 x 12 inch covered casserole. Pour Rice Krispies in evenly. Brown sausage and onions (sauteed); drain well. Cook rice 5 minutes. Drain. Add mushroom soup and milk. Stir and remove from heat. Crumble sausage and onion over Rice Krispies then add the rice mixture. Put cheese on top. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
