EASY MINESTRONE SOUP 
3 slices bacon
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 lg. cloves garlic
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 can beef broth
1 can bean with bacon soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. sm. macaroni (uncooked)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cabbage, cut long
1 c. zucchini, cubed

Brown bacon, onion, celery, garlic and basil. Stir in soups, water, tomatoes, macaroni and salt. Boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cabbage and zucchini. Cook 10 minutes. Makes 8 cups.
