LIGHT PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. white syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 rounded tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dredge pecans in flour. Mix all ingredients; add flour and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until silver knife comes out clean when inserted in center of pie.
