LIGHT & FRUITY PIE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. fruit Jell-O
2/3 c. boiling water
2 c. ice cubes
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
Fruit
Graham cracker crust

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until set; remove ice cubes. Blend in Cool Whip, add fruit and spoon into crust. Chill. Serves 6 to 8.
