AUGRATIN POTATOES | |
2 (2 lb.) pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes 1 (1 lb.) Velveeta cheese 1 pt. half and half 2 sticks butter About 1 hour before baking, combine cheese, half and half and butter in pan and heat until melted, stirring constantly. Pour over potatoes and mix thoroughly. Spread in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees until bubbly and golden brown. Recipe may be halved. |
