AUGRATIN POTATOES | |
8 to 10 average potatoes, boiled, cooled, and grated into baking dish 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pt. sour cream or plain yogurt 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese heat soup, sour cream/yogurt, and cheese. Pour over spuds and mix well. Melt 1/2 stick butter and combine with 1 1/2 cups crumbled corn flakes. Spread on top of spuds and bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 1/2 hour. |
