CRABMEAT AUGRATIN 
6 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

1 lb. shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 lb. crabmeat
1 c. shredded potato chips

Mix flour, butter and salt in saucepan. Heat on low. Add 2 cups milk. Heat until thickened. Add 1 pound cheese; stir. Add crabmeat. Pour into greased casserole dish. Top with chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serve with salad and French bread.
