CRABMEAT BISQUE DARET 
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can tomato soup
1 can green pea soup
1 lb. lump crabmeat
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. chopped shallots
Dash of Tabasco
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter in large pot, saute parsley and shallots until limp. Add milk and green pea soup and blend thoroughly. Add tomato soup and blend. Season to taste. Fold in crabmeat. If bisque is thick, more milk may be slowly added if desired. Serves 6.
