WALK AWAY COFFEECAKE 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks cold butter
1 egg, beaten
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. EACH grated orange peel & lemon peel
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve yeast in warm water in small bowl. In large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Cut butter into flour until the consistency of cornmeal. Stir in yeast and egg until blended.

In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, orange peel, lemon peel and sugar until well blended. On well-floured surface, roll out 1/2 of the dough to a 13 x 9 inch rectangle. Spread with half of cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with half the nuts. Starting with long side, roll up like a jelly roll. Pinch edges to seal.
