1 bag spinach
1 head lettuce
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. cottage cheese
1 3/4 c. mushrooms, cut
1 purple onion, finely chopped

Dressing:

3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix salad together. Blend dressing on high speed in blender. Pour on salad before serving.
