16 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. box instant pistachio pudding
1 c. chopped nuts, if desired
1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip

Combine pineapple and its juice with box of pistachio pudding until it's dissolved. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve with turkey or ham dinner. Very good!
