SOUTHERN PEACHY YAMBAKE 
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped pecans
2 (16 oz.) can yams, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine sugar, flour, and nutmeg. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add nuts. In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer half of yams, peaches, sugar and mixture; add 1 cup of marshmallows. Repeat layers of yam, peaches and sugar mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.
