PARTY TURNIPS 
6 med. turnips, peeled and cubed
1 c. English peas, cooked and drained
1 c. cubed carrots, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Cook turnips until tender, 15-20 minutes, drain. Combine turnips, peas, and carrots; stir in butter, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Stir constantly. Makes 6-8 servings.
