WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sherry
1 tsp. nutmeg

Beat for 5 minutes at medium speed. Pour in greased angel food cake pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Should have golden brown top, not dark top. Garnish with powdered sugar.
