CONWAY TWITTY POTATOES 
Sliced potatoes (red skins are best with skins left on)
3/4 to 1 lb. bacon
Cheddar cheese

Fry bacon. Remove from pan. Fry slices potatoes in the bacon grease. May use some onion also. Put a layer of potatoes in 9 x 13 inch pan, then crumble half the bacon on the potatoes, then a layer of shredded Cheddar cheese, then rest of potatoes, then bacon; more cheese. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 1/2 hour, then uncovered 15 to 20 minutes more.
