GREEN POTATOES FOR SIX 
6 med. potatoes
3 stalks broccoli
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub potatoes. Butter skins and make shallow slits around the middle as if you were cutting the potatoes in half lengthwise. Bake until done.

Peel broccoli stems. Cook until tender and chop fine. Carefully slice the potatoes in half and scoop the insides into a bowl with the broccoli. Add 1/2 cup of the cheese and the butter, salt, pepper, and milk. Mash all together. Heap into the potato jackets and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to the oven to heat through, about 10 minutes.
