GREEN BAY POTATOES 
1 lg. pkg. frozen hashbrown pieces
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 sm. can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 or 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all except corn flakes. Place in roasting pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Covered for 45 minutes then cover with crushed corn flakes and bake remaining 1/2 hour to 45 minutes leaving lid off.
