PORK AND RICE SALAD ORIENTAL 
1 c. cooked long grained rice
1/4 lb. boned cooked pork, cut into strips or cubes
1/2 c. each julienne-cut green bell pepper & red bell pepper (matchstick pieces)
1/4 c. each sliced scallions (green onions) & mushrooms
1 tbsp. each corn syrup, teriyaki sauce & rice vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. each grated gingerroot & peanut or vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

In medium mixing bowl combine rice, pork and vegetables; set aside. In blender container combine remaining ingredients and process until combined, scraping down sides of container as necessary. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately. Serves 2 (1 1/2 cups each).
