ORIENTAL CHICKEN RICE SALAD 
1 can chicken broth
1 c. rice
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chicken
1/4 lb. mushrooms or can
4 green onions & tops
1 jar pimento, diced

Add enough water to chicken broth to make 2 1/2 cups liquid. Cook rice in liquid. Put in large bowl. Combine oil, soy sauce and salt; mix well. Stir into hot rice. Cover and chill. Stir in remaining ingredients. (May also use macaroni.) Serves 6.
