1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Rind from 1 lemon

Mix first 3 ingredients. Press into 8"x8" or 9"x9" pan, shaping sides a little higher. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over hot crust. Bake 20 minutes more. Dust top with powdered sugar.
