ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE 
2 Brasicole, meat and pork
1 lb. Italian sausage
4 pork ribs
1 lb. beef cubes
1 lb. pork cubes
2 each - tomato puree, crushed, whole tomato with puree and 6 oz. pastes
Fresh garlic (4 cloves)
Fresh parsley (1/2 bunch)
1 lg. beef cube
Basil to taste

Brown meat well, do not burn. When meat is browned, add milk (1/3 cup), brown with meat and then add tomato puree, etc. Simmer in large 12 quart pot for 3 hours. This will yield a large amount of sauce which can be frozen for later use. After the sauce is done, separate and before serving add meatballs. Arrange meat on tray and serve warm with extra sauce.
