GUACAMOLE SOUP 
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
2 med. avocados, peeled & cut in chunks
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed & seeded
1 slice onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. light cream or milk
1 lg. tomato, peeled, seeded & chopped

In blender combine broth, avocados, peppers, onion, lemon juice and salt. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into a mixing bowl. Stir in cream and tomato. Cover; chill well. Garnish with extra chopped tomato if desired. Makes 4-6 servings.
