EV KANE'S HAMBURGER POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
Brown 1 lb. ground beef and desired amount of onion. Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and cook a little longer. Peel 4 large potatoes, slice half of them in 2 quart casserole. Add all of the meat soup mixture and then the rest of the sliced potatoes. Pour enough milk over it to show through. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake, and cover at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Remove cover the last 20 minutes. To speed cooking time up, place in microwave for approximately 20 minutes (covered), turning half way through. Also put into extra large casserole dish to avoid boil over.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
