CORN PALENTA 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn, drained
1/2 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (sm.)
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt, pepper
2 eggs
Butter

Stir together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (uncovered) in 2- quart casserole dish.
