CORN PANCAKES OR WAFFLES 
1 pkg. jiffy corn muffin mix (8 to 10 oz.)
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted shortening
3/4 cup milk

Preheat griddle or waffle iron. Grease lightly. Blend muffin mix, egg, shortening and milk. Bake on hot griddle or waffle iron.
